AWAKEN Program – November 23rd
Combining the power of body work, heart activation, Chinese medicine, conscious communication and practical action, you are supported to create an optimal state of cohesion between body, brain and heart, so you can embody a new state of BEing.

• 1 x 3 hour workshop to activate dormant aspects of the self using breathwork, emotional release and heart activation processes
• 1 x 60 minute body work session (at a time of your choosing)
• 1 x 60 minute emotional flow and authentic potential session (at a time of your choosing)

Our small group workshop is amplified by your follow on integration program, which involves working one-on-one with Lisa and Caroline to ensure you have the tools to embody and apply your transformation back in your everyday life.
